What can I expect from my AC repair appointment?

Our basic AC repair appointment will cover your main issue along with a maintenance check that includes:

* Complete an operation sequence check
* Inspect the air filtration system, blower wheel and blower motor
* Inspect wiring and electrical disconnects
* Replace the air filter (to be provided by customer)
* Check and calibrate the thermostat (as needed)
* Inspect readily accessible ducts for leaks
* Test and inspect capacitors for leaks or rust
* Check refrigerant level
* Inspect any condensate drain pans and drain for proper operation
* Clean condensate lines and check condensate pump
* Inspect all accessible system components for defects, wear, or potential issues

What can I expect from my heating repair appointment?

Our basic heating repair appointment will cover your main issue along with a maintenance check that includes:

*Complete an operation sequence check
* Inspect the air filtration system, blower wheel and blower motor
* Check crankcase heater for proper operation
* Replace the air filter (to be provided by customer)
* Check and calibrate the thermostat (as needed)
* Inspect gas lines and connections at furnace/boiler for leaks
* Inspect burner ignition system, assembly and gas burners
* Check temperature rise across heat exchangers for overheating
* Inspect heat exchanger for soot buildup, corrosion, leaks and restriction of gas flow
* Check carbon monoxide emission level for pass/fail
